Enrol with Us

How to apply

Enrolment decisions are made in accordance with the School Education Act (1999) and Department of Education policy, on criteria based on age, residential location, visa status and educational needs.

Application Process

Four steps to enrol

Collect all required documentation before submitting your application. This includes the student's Birth Certificate, immunisation records, most recent school report, and any relevant court orders. All documents are treated as confidential.
Download and complete the Enrolment Form Booklet (including Consent). The form must be completed by a parent (as defined in the School Education Act 1999), an independent minor, or a person aged 18 or over applying on their own behalf.
Send your completed application and supporting documentation to: Denmark Senior High School, 956 South Coast Highway, Denmark WA 6333. You can also deliver in person to our Front Office.
Appointments will be made with the relevant Deputy Principal upon receipt of your completed documentation — except for Year 7 students commencing at the beginning of the year, where our Deputy Principal visits primary schools.
